• Access to North Beach is available during weekdays only and is restricted during weekends and official holidays for property owners and their families exclusively, according to Marassi regulations.
• Reservations are non-refundable and non-changeable. Guests are kindly requested to confirm their travel plans before booking.
• Beach access in Marassi is limited to North Beach only.
• In case of strong waves or beach closure by management, guests may use swimming pools and lagoons only.
• A refundable security deposit equivalent to one night stay is mandatory.
